CommexFX License Suspended By CySEC
CySEC reported that they fined CommexFX Ltd €100.000 for numerous reasons, which CySEC detailed as follows:
€82.000 fine for violation of Article 28 (1) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007 (the Law). Specifically, violations include:
- the persons who direct the business are not sufficiently reputable and experienced to ensure prudent money management
- lack of adequate internal controls
- inadequate arrangements to safeguard client funds
- failure to maintain adequate records
- being unable to segregate client funds from each other and from the company's operating funds
- failure to make adequate arrangements in the company to minimize against loss of client funds due to negligence or poor administration and other failures
€3.000 fine for not properly advising CySEC of a change to a key position involved in running the company.
€15.000 fine for providing false and/or misleading information to CySEC over the course of its investigations. Abdel Rahman El Amary, a director of CommexFX Ltd, was also fined €30.000 by CySEC for violating this section of the Law.

commexfx scammed client with proof
Commexfx.com is a total scammer. I did an account in commexfx.com. My account number is 8507832. I did deposit 4k. When I made profit, I made withdrawal request of $6509 on 05-01-2015. They are not giving my withdrawals and answering my mail or call. I mailed to them hundred times. No reply. I called their number minimum thousand time. Every time one girl receive and tell me no one is in the office and someone will call you shortly. But no one called me in this two month. I also tried their live chat. Every time the operator comes and ask my account number. Then she straightly close the chat. They just became vanished. Its totally impossible to contact them now. After searching, I found a lot of scamming report about them in many website. This commexfx.com ( ex prime4x) Is a total scam. I dont know is there any way to recover my money now. If anyone can help me please contact with me. I have all proofs of my account

Stay away from this scammer. Commexfx is totally scam broker. And Maikel Spyrides ( Senior Sales Executive) is my ac manager who already did comment is a shameless lier.. I did an account in commexfx.com. My ac number is 8507832. When I made profit I requested withdrawal 6500 usd at 5-12-14. After that they are not giving my withdrawal. I mailed to their backoffice andmaikel@commexfx.com minimum hundred times. No reply. I called to commexfx minimum thousands time and spent huge as phone bill. . Everytime one girl receive and tell me nobody is in office and someone will call you shortly. But no one call me. I also tried livechat. Chat operator come and ask my ac number. When I tell my ac number she close the chat. Its became impossible to contact them. They just vanished. After A lot of searching from net I came to know this commexfx ( Ex prime4x) scammed with a lot of people and there are thousand complains in many sites. They took all my money. If anyone can help me pls contact me. I have all proof
